Your Bereavement Journey

Grief is natural and normal. It can bring up many different feelings for each of us and affect your life in many different ways.

Everyone grieves in their own individual way.

This course is designed to help you manage your emotional landscape so that you can break free from the cycles of emotional pain that come with a loved one’s death.

It’s not so much getting over the grief, but rather about getting clear on how you feel you can manage daily life and continue on a meaningful path into the future.
