Where you have experienced the death of a loved one, the pain and loss ca be immense. It can cause you to feel alone and isolated. If you are interested in processing your grief so that you may find yourself in a better psychological state than at present, then you should consider choosing this course.

Having some social support in place is good, however this course provides more specific grief and loss support through personal messaging.
