For those who have experienced the death of a loved one

If you are struggling with managing daily life, feeling isolated and in pain from a loved one’s loss, this program is for you.

When you take yourself through this program instead of continuing to struggle with emotional pain and feeling alone and isolated, you will have the support and structure you choose to process your pain and to find your self-healing pathway. What this ultimately means is that you are likely to gain the tools to manage life’s changing circumstances more easily, and feel more at peace.

How to choose the correct support level

Choose the Rose Level when:
You prefer to work on yourself by yourself with minimal support.

Choose the Daisy Level when:
You feel you could probably work on yourself alone but would like to have the option of unlimited messaging support.

Choose the Lily Level when:
You would love to have the most support, and to walk through your grief journey with someone in the background to provide you with the feedback and support on your processing of thinking and emotions along your path to self-healing.

Adapting to Life Changes and Loss

For those experiencing other kinds of loss, e.g., divorce, job/career, relationship, home, health, etc.

When you take yourself through this program instead of continuing to struggle with emotional pain and feeling alone and isolated, you will have the support and structure you choose to process your pain and to find your self-healing pathway. What this ultimately means is that you are likely to gain the tools to manage life’s changing circumstances more easily, and feel more at peace.

You prefer to work on yourself by yourself with minimal support.

Choose the Tulip Level when:
You feel you could probably work on yourself alone but would like to have the option of unlimited messaging support.

Choose the Protea Level when:
You would love to have the most support; to have a qualified grief counsellor walk with you through your grief journey, and even though in the background, providing you with feedback and support with structure along your path to self-healing.
