Conditions of Enrolment with New You Creations

Welcome to New You Creations! We’re excited to have you join our transformative courses. You must understand the conditions of enrolment and we invite you to read this document carefully. This document outlines the responsibilities of all parties concerned to ensure legal requirements are met.

In undertaking any New You Creations course, you agree that you are accepting our: Privacy Policy; Conditions; Disclaimers; and Your Rights and Responsibilities concerning any course. 

New You Creations provide online services to support your healing journey. New You Creations is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological support. Please seek additional professional support as required. New You Creations cannot provide crisis support. If you are in immediate crisis, please contact your local crisis centre. 

Once you enrol, you will be given unlimited access to the course content for 6 months. 

You can upgrade your course subscription level at any time. If you wish to upgrade, please email admin@newyoucreations.com. An invoice will be emailed to you. Please note, a change in course subscription level will not change the subscription expiration date. Your subscription will expire 6 months from your original enrolment. 

We aim to grant access to our course within 48 hours of subscription and payment. We aim to make our course enrolment as fast as possible. Please allow for time differences and demand in peak periods.

The grief courses contain 8 modules. It is recommended that you go through the modules slowly so that you allow around a week per module. This will help you gain the most benefit. Most individuals complete the course in 8 – 12 weeks.  

Throughout the course, the New You Creations team will keep in touch by email. Depending on your chosen subscription level you can receive more or less personalised support.
