Adapting to Life Changes and Loss

Grief is natural and normal. It can bring up many different feelings for each of us and affect your life in many different ways.

When we experience changes in our lives through situations that arise we may have a need to grieve whatever loss has occurred for us.

Some situations may be easier to manage than others, but we still may need to come to terms with what it means to us and to process our emotions around it.
